Robert Irving to discuss corporate involvement in charitable organizations

Rotary New 2014The Greater Moncton Sunrise Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Moncton West and Riverview will be hosting a luncheon with guest speaker Robert Irving of the Irving Group on Friday, July 25, at noon at the Crowne Plaza. Mr. Irving will be sharing his views on the importance of corporate involvement with local charitable organizations.

Mr. Irving started working for J.D. Irving Limited in 1977. Today, he is co-CEO responsible for consumer products in tissue and diapers, frozen food processing, transportation and courier, and industrial human resource services. Mr. Irving gives back to the community in many ways, supporting a wide variety of youth education and literacy programs, and community health and development initiatives. He also owns the local Moncton Wildcats Hockey team and chairs the 3+ Corporation’s Economic Leadership Council.

Tables of eight are available for $280, while individual tickets are $35 each. Seating is limited, so act quickly!
