The next two editions of Acadian Recipes and More will be released in June and September! Volume 2 comes out in June and the collection of recipes has begun. (YES – poutine râpée will be in that one.) A special holiday edition featuring your family-favourite celebration recipes will be out in September (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, birthdays, potlucks, etc.)

If you want to preserve your family recipes, I would love to include them in the book. If one of your recipes is chosen, you get a free book when it’s released!

• Recipes can be submitted via email to brian@briancormier.com.
• Recipes can be in the text of the email (typed), scanned or photos of handwritten recipes.
• No recipes under copyright are admissable (i.e. No, you can’t copy something from Martha Stewart’s cookbook and send it in, even if it’s a family favourite of yours.)
• You can also mail in recipes. Just message me for my mailing address.
• The recipes don’t have to be specifically “Acadian” but can reflect your own traditions.
